Warriors of the Storm by Bernard Cornwell

Uhtred, now the warlord of Aethelflaed, guards Mercia from Chester. Tensions grow high when North men, allied with Ragnall Ivarson are kicked out of Dublin. When the force allies with Northumbria, Uhtred finds himself outnumbered. Knowing he must keep Aethelflaed safe, Uthred must turn to those who know the enemy best, Ragnall's brother and Uhtred's son in law. Family nonds and loyalty are tested in the installment of my favorite ever series.

I am not lying when I say that this is my favorite series. Uhtred is cheeky, wonderful, daring and resourceful. His tales don't always involve bravery, but when when they do...
The plot, as always, was wonderfully done. The action is not too heavy to overpower the book. Relationships are wonderful. This is an amazing book, as always. May Uhtred live forever!
Thank you to the publisher for the copy. A review of the next book will be coming next!

And watch the show too!
