After escaping her former husband and life, Emma Burke is on the run. She ends up in her previous life as a resistance fighter. But things are complicated. Her previous husband has moved on, and is raising her daughter with another woman. As Emma tries to prove she is not a clone of herself, she finds herself fighting for the life she once dreamed of.
The continuation of Emma's story is amazing, and could be better than the first. The awesomeness of Emma is ratcheted up a notch. I loved seeing what the old Emma was like. Watching her fight for her rights was very empowering. This book is awesome, and like the first book, I can't recommend it enough. You won't be disappointed!
